This year, The ocean collective summit will be held as part of Blue Water Edufest, from 2 – 3 November 2023. Blue Water EduFest is a non-profit marine and coastal conservation event organised by ONE°15 Events Management (“ONE°15”), a subsidiary of SUTL Enterprise Limited (“SUTL”).

The Ocean Collective Summit (TOCS) is a programme initiated by The SeaKeepers in cooperation with Fabien Cousteau; the Founder of The Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Centre and Proteus Ocean Group; and famed for his work as an Aquanaut, Oceanographic Explorer and Environmental Advocate.
TOCS aims to bring a focus on the ocean and its intricate connections to life and all the inhabitants of our planet, Earth. Through its annual conference, TOCS will gather thought leaders to educate, raise awareness and inspire action to be taken and work collectively towards a more sustainable future.
Entering its second year with Blue Water Edufest, the 2-day conference will focus on new methods and solutions to the problems that put the marine ecosystem at risk. The conference will bring together experts from around the world to discuss the latest research and developments in marine conservation with focus on two core issues: plastics and climate change.

These sessions explore the integration and application of global technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and mapping tools, to enhance and support conservation solutions.
Ocean Governance for
Sustainable Ocean Management
Emphasising the critical role of governance in ocean conservation, we will examine how effective policies, regulations, and international partnerships contribute to the sustainable management of our oceans.
Blue Finance
The significance of finance and investment in driving the growth of the blue economy is highlighted through the opportunities and funding strategies that support sustainable ocean initiatives and businesses.
Plastics and Circular Economy
As important steps towards mitigating plastic pollution, we will look at the Integration of circular economy principles, bioremediation techniques, and the establishment of international agreements.
